    Shrewsbury International School India

    Shrewsbury International School India officially inaugurated its 150-acre campus in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh - marking a historic milestone as the state welcomes Shrewsbury’s 473-year-old legacy of academic excellence and holistic student development to its educational landscape.

    Set amidst a thoughtfully designed campus, Shrewsbury International School India seamlessly integrates academic excellence with creative exploration to foster well-rounded development. The school features state-of-the-art facilities including specialised laboratories, dedicated language-learning centres, and cutting-edge digital education resources. Expansive studios for the performing and visual arts nurture creativity and expression, while a pioneering initiative in sports education introduces India’s first on-campus training facilities for indoor rowing, fencing, and scuba diving—alongside more than 20 indoor and outdoor sports. Strengthening its Indo-British educational partnership, the school has also collaborated with Trinity College London to offer internationally recognised diplomas in Music, Speech, and Drama.

    Play Schools

    Jagran Social Welfare Society has always been a leader in the play school education. The first education group to stress the importance of customized infrastructure for tiny young tots in Madhya Pradesh.

    Schools

    Jagran Social Welfare Society has been a pioneer in bringing the public school culture to Bhopal by opening the first public school in the city in 2000 under the aegis of the Delhi Public School Society, New Delhi.

    University

    We ventured into higher education by establishing world-class institutes of higher education in the year 2009. In 2013, we promoted Jagran Lakecity University, a state private university established under the MP Private University Act.

    Shrewsbury India

    In 2023, Shrewsbury School, UK united with Jagran Social Welfare Society to establish Shrewsbury International School India. It is the beginning of a new chapter for International Schooling in India.

    Shiksha Kendra – Education for All.
